We put together the project, we gathered the capital, we put together the trust among all the investors, we bought the lot, we asked different construction companies for budgets, we did all the necessary paperwork to be able to start the work and after 9 months the work was finished.

And so we began to realize that the construction company had not worked in the best way, and we began to see some leaks, humidity marks, details of finishes, wood of the pergola that was ruined, slopes of the floors of the balcony badly done... we complained to them and we had no answer...we talked to lawyers but they did not answer either; the next step was to start a lawsuit and among all the investors we decided to put the money that would eventually go in a lawsuit to carry out all the arrangements that the house required to be able to deliver it in perfect conditions and not have any type of inconvenience with the new owners. It was the best decision.

Finally the business was profitable but not to the extent that we had projected it due to everything that happened.
