Business goal
Purchase of a piece of land in the area near the shopping district of the city of Rosario, an area with new municipal regulations that favor and stimulate the growth and revaluation of the entire area
We waited until the new regulations were imposed, which allows us to further enhance the land and now that they have effectively been implemented, we put it up for sale.
Implementation
Investor pool (several people put xxx amount of money and we arrived at the total sum for the purchase of the lots and the expenses that this entailed)
When selling it, we will deduct the sales expenses and divide the balance in proportion to what each investor has invested. There is no guaranteed percentage, but the profit obtained when selling it is divided among all.
